Return Policy
In-store:
Items may be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags & barcode attached within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit at the current retail price of the merchandise. Cottontails provides digital receipts at check out, and proof of purchase is required to process an exchange or receive the store credit refund.
Online:
Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items from online purchases may be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags & barcode attached within 10 days of delivery for a store credit at the current retail price of the merchandise. We do not offer exchanges for online orders.
Please email hello@cottontailsmonroe.com with your order # to begin your return process. You will be emailed a shipping label to send your return. Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive a digital store credit for the current retail price of the merchandise, minus a $6 return shipping fee.
Exceptions:
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - No exchanges, refunds or store credit for sale or promotional items.
We do not offer price matches on previously purchased items.
We do not offer returns on gift card purchases.
Seasonal merchandise (Back to School, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, etc.) is ineligible for return and/or exchange for store credit within 7 days of the seasonal holiday. These dates are the cutoff for returns, regardless of the purchase/delivery date. Dates are also noted on digital receipts.
Cottontails reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements above. (Revised 10.20.24)
